SPA POLICIES
- All times are approximations. We ask clients to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to fill out any necessary forms, relax, and refresh yourself with a beverage in our lounge.
- Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed.
- All appointments require a Gift Certificate number or valid credit card number at time of booking. To avoid any cancellation charges (50% of the value of scheduled services), please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Our spa and its environment aims to invoke a complete state of relaxation. For the comfort of other guests, keeping cell phones off and voices low is appreciated by everyone to enjoy their experience with us to the fullest.
- Gratuities are not included in any of our spa services or packages, but are graciously appreciated. Should you wish to leave one, they are cash only.
